Afgelopen vrijdag is er een nieuw appartement op kamernet.nl gekomen. Dit gemeubileerde appartement aan de Taco Mesdagstraat 13 in Groningen, wordt voor 355 euro incl verhuurd. De verhuurder woont in Engeland en stuurt mij exact hetzelfde mailtje als dat Luis Marcano bij bovenstaande persoon heeft gedaan. Deze verhuurder heet Joan Wulder, maar de mailtjes zijn precies hetzelfde. Niet op in gaan dus!!!

Ik kreeg daarop een mailwisseling met hem, mar vertrouwde het niet helemaal. Een vriend van me hielp mee onderzoek te doen en vond toen het artikel over de zwarte lijst van studentenkamers op jullie site. Zelfde als een ander bericht, exact dezelfde instructies van een man uit de UK die met TNT de sleutel wil geven. Zijn naam en emailadres zijn Glenn Mendoza

Kamer aan de laan van chartroise 120, 35 m2 2 kamer appartement 320 euro. ( deze kamer is wel te huur maar dan voor 775) Helemaal gemeubileerd. Te mooi om waar te zijn. Zij woont in UK en haar dochter studeerde daar en woont nu weer in UK. Vandaar dat het via TNT rental properties service moet gaan. Ik kan eerst de kamer kijken voor dat ik teken. Na een telefoontje van TNT kwam ik erachter dat TNT hier niet aan doet en dus gewoon fraude is.

Het andere appartement was 380 euro, ook gemeubileerd en de foto's waren prachtig. Toen ik instemde dat ik dat appartement wel wilde, ging hij het hebben over dat het contract en de sleutels door TNT naar mij zou worden gebracht, deze man kwam ook uit Engeland en kon niet naar Nederland komen. Hij zei dat TNT het contract en de sleutels zou controleren en dat ik een conformatie van hun zou krijgen. Dan moest ik borg + een maand rente aan TNT overmaken en zouden de sleutels en het contract mijn kant op komen. Dan had ik na ontvangst 2 dagen om het appartement te bekijken en moest ik TNT contacteren of ik het wilde hebben. Hiervoor heb ik TNT gebeld en zei dat dit niet kan en dat dit nooit gedaan wordt met zulke bedragen (760 euro). Deze laatste verhuurder zijn naam die hij zei was Victor Raab, uit Engeland.

Ik ben onlangs ingegaan op appartementen die gemeubileerd zijn en niet al te duur zijn. Deze bevinden zich in Breda. Een was 500 euro waarbij werd beweerd dat de vader van de jongen was overleden en dat hij het nu verhuurd. Hij woont in Engeland, maar ik kan het komen bekijken, maar dan moet ik er eigenlijk al zeker van zijn dat ik het wil, en dan reserveert hij het voor mij zodat hij zeker is dat ik het wil. Het gekke was dat hij steeds andere namen gebruikt. Op kamernet.nl gebruikt hij Jay, verder gebruikt hij Mike of Michael ondzr zijn e-mails. Hij zette zijn skypenaam erbij, dit was barwick08 en kwam niet overeen met de andere namen. Zijn e-mail adres is lukosh111@gmail.com en zijn naam op gmail is lk pi. Bieetje vreemd dus en ben gelijk afgehaakt.

Op kamernet.nl staat een appartement aan de Nieuwe Kerhof, Groningen te huur met een oppervlakte van 35m2 voor 420 incl. Ik heb daar een mail "whiteaker Adriana <whitetak83@hotmail.com>" naar toe gestuurd en kreeg antwoord terug in het engels. Daarin stond: Ik ben uiteindelijk gaan kijken naar het appartment en bleek het niet zo te zijn zoals de persoon mij dat had verteld. Het huis was gewoon bewoond door onvermoede mensen, en het was sowieso niet zoals op de foto's Dit is pure oplichterij en trap niet in dit verhaal. Het "te mooi om waar te zijn" verhaal is hier echt van toepassing. Als je reageert op een kamer of appartment. Ga altijd eerst naar het huis/kamer en maak nooit geld over. Dat zie je namelijk nooit meer terug.

Ben deze week benaderd door een engelse vrouw die op mijn advertentie op easykamers reageerde. Ze had 2 kamers te huur in Amsterdam Oud Zuid in de Frans van Mierisstraat.. (Frans van Mierisstraat 56, 1071 Amsterdam volledige adres). Nog geen 200 meter van het Museumplein af. De vraagprijs was €400,- per maand inclusief gas/water/licht, een prive badkamer, een ruime kamer etc etc. Na wat heen en weer gemaild te hebben kreeg ik de indruk dat het te mooi om waar te zijn. En na wat meer zoeken op Easykamers vond ik meer kamers die allemaal in hartje Amsterdam zitten en een hoop faciliteiten hebben en maar €400,- kosten. Je moest een borg van 600,- betalen wat behoorlijk fors is. (Zover ik weet mag het maar een keer de maandelijkse huur zijn) Ik vond nog een kamer in de Jordaan, ook deze adverteerder was engels en er vielen me een paar overeenkomsten op. - Beiden engels. - Beiden 2 kamers te huur in hartje Amsterdam op een locatie waar je normaal veel meer voor betaald. - Bij details stond precies hetzelfde lijstje met faciliteiten (Privé Badkamer, gebeumbaliseerd, TV, etc etc) - De huur was beide €400 en de borg ook hetzelfde. - Beiden hadden of gmail of yahoo account. - Een stuurde direct skype adres mee. - Naam op de kamersite is anders dan de mail en de mailadressen zijn beetje vaag. En ga zo nog maar door. Ze leken opzettend op elkaar. En heb dus het idee dat het hier gewoon om oplichting gaat. De grootte, locatie en faciliteiten van de kamer is te veel voor de lage prijs van €400.

Prachtige kamer Lange Rozendaal 3 in Utrecht, 18 m2 voor € 380,00. De verhuurder, Rostanti Ioannis, woont momenteel in Engeland. Het appartement was van zijn dode vader, daarom moest hij via een advocaat de sleutels krijgen. Hij moest kunnen aantonen dat de kamer verhuurd was en aan wie. Daarom eerst borg betalen van 550,00 en de huur, totaal € 930,00. Als we betaalde zou hij de sleutels opsturen. We betaalde dit niet zomaar, zonder iets te hebben. Dus: no deal. Toen had hij ineens een oplossing, we zouden het geld via Western Union op mijn dochters naam zetten en de kopie opsturen, dan had hij een bewijs voor zijn advocaat. Als ze de sleutels had en de kamer gezien, dan zou ze het via Western Union aan hem overmaken. Dit alles omdat hij nog geen bankrekening had in Engeland. Dit alles werd overeengekomen via Skype, we zouden spreken, maar hij was niet te verstaan, dus typen. Het leek ons veilig, omdat het geld op naam van mijn dochter stond, die zich moest identificeren om het op te nemen. Het sturen van de sleutels ging een dag langer duren. Er werd nog gevraagd of mijn dochter het geld al had opgenomen. Het antwoord was nee. Dus vroeg hij: het staat nog op de bank? Dezelfde dag is het geld opgenomen in Amsterdam. Waarschijnlijk door paspoortvervalsing. Via het contract had hij het paspoortnr. en de handtekening van mijn dochter. Door de kopie van de transfer had hij de rest van de gegevens. Behalve een geldige identificatie.!! Omdat ik het niet helemaal vertrouwde heb ik geregeld op internet gezocht naar zijn naam, verschillende e-mailadressen etc. Alleen op facebook was hij te vinden.

Je hebt een woning te huur ? let dan goed op want er komt mogelijk een Hindoestaanse man bij je langs, netjes gekleed, midden dertig, verzorgd en bijna accentloos Nederlands spreekt, 170 cm lang iets mollig en voor een Hindoe redelijk donker getint. Hij komt bij u langs als geintresseerde huurder van uw woning, Zodra er een deal is gemaakt en hij door een smoes voor betalen de sleutels in zijn bezit heeft, ontpopt hij zich als bemiddelaar en verhuurd hij de woning snel door aan mensen die dringend een woning zoeken. Deze mensen betalen aan hem 2 maanden borg en 1 maand huur. Vervolgens is de vogel gevlogen en heeft jou een kat in de zak ge-cq-verhuurd en bovendien loopt je als huurder (:) de kans direct weer op straat te staan met een flink bedrag lichter op zak. Hij noemt zich o.a. Dennis maar gebruikt ook andere namen en gebruikt zakelijke namen als ATJ Wooningbemiddeling en Financial Service VPA. Hij werkt niet alleen, dus u bent gewaarschuwd.

Het gaat om een kamer die te huur staat aan de Praediniussingel in Groningen. naam: Richardson Kelly e-mailadres: rchrd_klly@yahoo.com Hij vraagt je eerst een duur nummer in Groot Brittanië te bellen, om verdere afspraken te maken. Je krijgt ook alleen de foto's te zien, mag de kamer niet bezichtigen, want de verhuurder zit zogenaamd in Groot Brittanië en heeft problemen gekregen met het bureau wat zijn appartement zou verhuren. Oplichterij dus.

Wil in eerste instantie via skype communiceren. Neemt telefoon niet op. Volgens mij is dit zijn/haar laatste naam. de verhalen komen erg overeen maar kon met googlen deze aliassen (nog) niet vinden.

Ik ben afgelopen week in contact geweest met 2 oplichters. De tweede had het telefoonnummer: +447045765886 Deze zag ik al staan op jullie lijst. Hij gebruikte weer de achternaam Pritamar, alleen ditmaal met 'Thomas'als er voornaam. Hij zat in Engeland en had natuurlijk geen sleutels in Nederland liggen. In het verleden had hij al slechte ervaringen gehad met makelaars en tenants, dat was zijn reden. Het ging om een apartement van 35 vierkante meter aan de Hamburgerstraat 7. Het zit in een inhammetje, zodat je waarschijnlijk niet een goed beeld krijgt van de voorkant van het apartement. De eerste mevrouw waarmee ik in contact kwam, waarvan ik ook vrijwel zeker wist dat het een oplichtster was, was ene mevrouw Sophia Kelley Gonzalez (s.gonzalez2002@yahoo.com). Zij verbleef in de States en had hetzelfde verhaal over de sleutels. Het ging om een apartment aan de Pelikaanstraat 19, 42 vierkante meter voor 480 euro. Overigens stonden beide kamers op kamernet.nl Zij had foto's gestuurd en een plattegrond van de woning. Via google map kun je alles natuurlijk goed bestuderen en ik kwam erachter dat het onmogelijk was dat de foto's van het apartment en de plattegrond overeen zouden komen met de apartementen die daar zitten. Zij gaf geen telefoonnummer.

(Op de Hartenstraat 5 is een winkel gevestigd) Aangeboden op kamertje.nl Ziet er op Facebook uit als een succesvolle zakenman, en hij zegt tegen jou dan ook dat hij bezig is met een stage in Engeland, waar hij woont. Echter: zijn mailtjes zijn slecht Engels en lijken snel getyped. Hij biedt een mooie kamer van 18m2 met eigen badkamer en toilet, moderne keuken en grote woonkamer. Hij vraagt 500 euro borg, hij laat door zijn advocaat een contract opstellen dat jij digitaal moet tekenen, en je moet de 500 euro borg overmaken via de Western Union Bank. Hij zegt dat hij de borg alvast wilt hebben want toen hij het al eerder probeerde te verhuren kwam de huurder niet opdagen en dat wilt hij niet nog een keer. Wanneer ik het geld had overgemaakt zou hij naar Nederland vliegen om mij de sleutels te geven. Contract dat hij, naar eigen zeggen, door zijn advocaat had laten opstellen bestaat uit niet meer dan 1 A4-tje. Niet geloofwaardig. Het huis staat leeg en is van zijn overleden vader geweest die op de ambassade in Nederland heeft gewerkt. Ik zei dat ik ik liever niet betaalde als ik het appartement nog niet gezien had, maar er is niemand in Amsterdam die een sleutel had en het mij kon laten zien. Ik gaf aan meer te willen weten over het appartement en vroeg of hij mij wilde bellen, dit deed hij dan eindelijk, en dan was hij heel onverstaanbaar, mompelde wat over de borg en hing toen midden in het gesprek op en zei dat hij me nog wel zou mailen. Alles bij elkaar heb ik hier een slecht gevoel over en ik heb het niet doorgezet.

Ik werd ook opgelicht, door een persoon die voor werk overgeplaatst werd naar Engeland en zijn appartement aan twee mensen wilde verhuren. Omdat hij niet wist hoe serieus wij waren over de interesse van de kamer stelde hij via SKype voor via de Western European Bank transfer geld over te maken om zijn vliegticket te kunnen bekostigen. De mensen van Martens Bridge Reizen uit Terheijden doen onaangekondigde huisbezoeken, ook 's nachts op je kamer. Aantal huisgenoten bedreigd in huis maar ook per sms. Ze blijven in gebreken, repareren niks waarvoor je maandelijks wel een bedrag van 25 Euro betaald. Huurprijs gaat per incasso, daardoor ben je de gehele controle kwijt.

Eerder heb ik al eens een mail gestuurd met een adres van een oplichter. Wederom heb ik er weer eentje 'te pakken'. De verhuurder vertelt heel leuk wat over zichzelf, geeft veel informatie en foto's en vervolgens wil ze een borg ontvangen van 600 euro (ze zit zelf in het buitenland op het moment) en stuurt dan de sleutel op. De advertentie is inmiddels al verwijderd. Maar de gegevens die ik nog heb, zijn: Kamer in Amsterdam (Weteringschans-E600-150 m2) (gevonden op www.kamertje.nl) noemt zichzelf 'BarbaraAdriana' en mailt met het e-mailadres: malgorzata345@hotmail.com.

Ik heb gisteren een advertentie op marktplaats gezien en heb daar op gereageerd. het zou gaan om een appartement van 90m² gemeubileerd en zag er prachtig uit. het zou zijn in den haag. net als wat ik al verder heb gelezen, is het een engelsman genaamd mark wessels met het e-mailadres culcat26@hotmail.com ik kreeg wat argwaan door de e-mail die hij mij stuurde over de procedure die er zou komen om de deal af te ronden. zie hieronder de e-mails die door hem zijn gestuurd.

Vandaag zag ik een advertentie op marktplaats. Na wat heen-en-weergemail kreeg ik argwaan dus ben ik gaan googlen. Jullie hebben al soortgelijke zaken op de site staan, maar dan onder een andere naam. Het gaat nu om: Mark Wessels Hij ‘verhuurde’ Borneostraat 1 in Utrecht en stuurde mails (zie hieronder) waarin hij uitlegde dat hij in Engeland werkt en de sleutels op zou sturen, nadat ik 1000 euro zou hebben overgemaakt.

Dobler Svenja, deze verhuurder vertelt heel leuk wat over zichzelf, geeft veel informatie en foto's en vervolgens wil ze een borg ontvangen van 1000 euro (ze zit zelf in het buitenland op het moment) en stuurt dan de sleutel op.

Ik wil graag melding maken van een oplichter. Hij geeft zich uit voor een Engelsman, Messi P Kelly, die een appartment in de reestraat nummer 16 te Amsterdam heeft. Hij vraagt 430 euro huur met alles inclusief. Hij zegt dat hij voor drie jaar naar Engeland is overgeplaatst en daarom zijn appartement wil verhuren. Op de vraag of het konden bezichtigen antwoorde hij dat hij pas in Engeland had besloten het appartement te verhuren en dus de sleutels bij zich heeft. Hij zou een contract van een advocaat (Barrister McClarren Simmons) opsturen en de sleutels. Gisteren wilde hij plotseling dat wij vooruit 430 euro huur en een "deposit" van 500 euro zouden betalen. Hierop begonnen wij hem te wantrouwen en hebben we de foto's van het appartement beter bekeken. Het is overduidelijk dat dit niet de foto's van reestraat 16 zijn. Onder de naam: Simpson Kelly. Er kwam een verhaal over een baan in Engeland, hij had de sleutels daar ook. Binnen 2 dagen was er een contract opgesteld, dat werd geregeld via zijn advocate in Amerika. Daar kreeg ik een adres van, maar via streetview van googlemaps bleek dit een leeg stuk land te zijn. Ik moest een aanbetaling doen van € 500,- borg en € 400,- voor de eerste maandrente, via een of ander systeem genaamd: Money Gram Money Transfer. Haastig met pellingsfouten in zijn emails.

Vervolgens vraagt hij gelijk of je later kan terugbellen omdat hij 'druk bezig is op dat moment'. Midden in het gesprek hangt hij dan op. Heb nu al meedere keren deze man aan de lijn gehad onder een andere naam en dus een ander nummer. Heeft dus veel advertenties op Kamernet.nl en ook op kamerspotter.nl

Ik denk dat ik te maken heb met een oplichter te Amsterdam. Hij biedt op o.a. kamertje.nl en kamernet.nl kamers aan die vaak op een goede locatie zitten (Singel of eerste/tweede Oosterparkstraat volgens mij ook Spuistraat) voor een goede prijs (rond de 400 euro). Hij doet zich voor als Freek Loonen, Kevin of Gert Hems. Ik had gereageerd op de kamer in de Tweede Oosterparkstraat. Met zijn e-mail-adres (gerthems@yahoo.nl) gaf Freek Loonen zijn nummer 0681796262. Ik had hem gebeld en het gesprek verliep zeeeer moeizaam. Hij zou daar ook wonen (Tweede Oosterparkstraat) en student zijn. waarnaar hij zei dat ik me moest aanmelden op kamerspotter.nl. Dit vond ik vreemd en was er verder niet op ingegaan. Toen heb ik op Kamernet.nl gereageerd op de woning op Singel, daar stond een nummer bij namelijk 0642073143 en hij heette daar Kevin. Zijn stem was precies hetzelfde en het gesprek verliep zoals de vorige keer ook moeizaam. Ik vroeg aan hem wie hij nou precies was en hoe hij precies heette. Na deze vraag hing hij op.

Deze is uiteraard al lang verhuurd, maar er wordt om vooruit betaling gevraagd met een TNT geld wisseling. onder de naam Thomas Becker. Hij beweert een luxe, groot apartement op de herengracht te bezitten en wil dat verhuren voor 350 euro pm. Hij zegt verder dat hij in Engeland zit en dat daarom de sleutels opgestuurd moeten worden. Hiervoor stelt hij voor om dat via TNT global Express te doen, en het via Western Union te laten betalen. Bovendien zegt hij dat TNT het geld bewaart tot ik de sleutels zou hebben en het daarna pas naar zijn rekening stort na mijn goedkeuren. Navraag bij TNT levert echter op dat a.: TNT global express niet meer bestaat (het heet tegenwoordig anders) en een check bij het kadaster leverde bovendien op dat het appartement niet op zijn naam stond. Om het echter echt te laten lijken (denk ik) is later een "mail van TNT verstuurd" vanaf dit adres tnt-delivery.tnt@instruction.com.

Via het kadaster kwam ik erachter dat het pand niet van deze man is maar van een investeringsmij. Die heb ik gebeld en deze man mag het niet verhuren (je wordt eruit gezet als je er toch gaat wonen). Het gaat om een appartement van 80 m2 aan de praediniussingel 14, 9711 AB groningen. 400 euro inclusief gas/water/licht/internet. hij zegt dat hij robert Filomena heet en uit engeland komt, Brighton om precies te zijn. nummer dat ie opgeeft: +447045765886. Address:7 Victoria road, Brighton, BN1 3FS, UK number 14 aan de praediniussingel bestaat niet eens!! Hoop dat hierdoor mensen niet in zee met hem gaan.

Het gaat dit keer weer om de KID man. hij heeft een ander nummer gebruikt dit keer: 0 6-36220387, hij deed zich voor als Glenn van Abele, 19 jaar sportmanagement. Dit keer adverteerde hij voor een appartement aan de herengracht een bovenwoning 37m2 voor €450 euro, de advertentie stond op marktplaats!!!!! Niet op reageren dus!!!! Zijn ouders woonden in Frankrijk en hij vertelde nog maar net te wonen in Amsterdam. Wederom ging het er weer om of ik kritische vragen had, het moest een a4 vol worden, over de medische situatie van zijn beneden buurvrouw. Hij was zaaddonor voor de vrouw beneden Toevallig heette de vrouw beneden Evelien van Abele, en toen had ik het door want het kan niet zo zijn dat je elkaar toevallig in het ziekenhuis ontmoet en toevallig de onbekende naam Van Abele beiden als achter naam heeft.

Ik heb contact gehad met de jongen die daar woont die mij ook meer dan een uur aan de telefoon heeft gehouden over KID-informatie.

Er adverteert op dit moment een man op de site studentenkamers.nl die je uren aan de lijn houd en het alleen Maar over KID(kunstmatige inseminatie donor) heeft. En vraagt allemaal rare dingen. Telefoonnummer: 0626073369 Hij verhuurd zogenaamd een kamer in de rozenstraat in Amsterdam, onder de naam Bianca en Dylan.

Ik heb naar het vermelde nummer gebeld en kreeg ene 'Glen van Lemmeren' aan de telefoon. Of ik een mailtje over mezelf wilde sturen met foto's. Dat is in principe niet heel gek, dat heb ik ook gedaan. (ik wil achteraf niet eens weten wat hij met mijn foto's doet, walgelijke gedachte) Bij het volgende telefoon gesprek begon hij ook over 'Kunstmatige Inseminatie door een Donor' (K.I.D.). Hij vroeg allerlei bizarre vragen en vertelde dat hij de zaaddonor van de verhuurders (ene Geert en Eef Herema) was en vond dat ik met kritische en concrete vragen moest komen. Ik heb in totaal 3,5 uur (verdeeld over 2 dagen) met die jongen aan de telefoon gehangen en toen ik vroeg naar het bezichtigen van de kamer, ging hij dat onderwerp uit de weg en begon steeds meer over dat KID. Uit eindelijk kon ik ook de verhuurder niet spreken. Ik vond het allemaal iets té raar (er zijn genoeg mensen die KID gebruiken om een kinderwens te vervullen, maar dat je donor bij je in huis woont is wel heel apart, plus dat die persoon de 'screening' van de toekomstige huisgenoten doet).

bij site kamertje. nl schreef hij dat hij 54jaar was en nudist is. En volgens mij is hij ook al langer actief want een week daarvoor had hij juist precies andersom. Een wel een heeeeeele goedkope kamer voor 100euro maar dan moest je wel met hem in bed slapen. Ik hoop dat jullie hem op de zwarte lijst kunnen zetten, Zodat er geen onnozele/onwetende studentjes die in kamernood zitten reageren op deze kamer. onder de kamers in Groningen staat 2 maal ene "rieks" die een GRATIS kamer verhuurd, danwel in ruil voor een ruimdenkende meid. rieks verteld gescheiden en alleenstaand te zijn, hij wil geen man in huis maar een dame. dit voor de gezelligheid en zodat rieks de baas in huis kan zijn. onze meneer rieks is een vieze pervert die op zoek is naar een dame die betaald met haar intimiteit. uiteraard gaat deze droom niet meer door voor hem!

Op kamernet.nl vond ik precies dezelfde advertentie alleen dan was de straat herengracht. NA gereageerd te hebben kreeg ik precies hetzelfde telefoon nummer gemaild. ALs je dit belt wordt er geen informatie verschaft maar het kost wel 1,30 euro per gesprek. Volgens mij proberen deze mensen alleen maar geldt e verdienen dmv van het 0900 nummer ( zie www.beldienst.nl)

L.S. Ik had net contact met Pim(?) die adverteerd met 2 kamers 19m Oosterstraat groningen voor 300 incl. Hij komt jong en vreemd over en begon gelijk met prive vragen die hij steeds meer uitdiepte, hoe ik ER uit zie, waar wanneer en hoe ik seks heb met mijn vriend, of ik vreemdga graag met oude kerels neuk etc. Ik heb hem zijn praatje laten doen en na 10 min opgehangen, ik Wilde nl zeker weten dat ik iemand niet vals beschuldig maar hij is op andere dingen uit. Het gaat om de kamer die op 10augustus geplaatst is: Centrum Amsterdam, 19m2, doet zich voor als "Pim en Eef". Deze man heb ik al eerder aan de telefoon gehad en zegt dat hij 19 jaar is. Ook stelt hij allemaal vragen aan je of je weet wat KID is en dat hij zaaddonor is voor een huisgenote van hem. Ik vertelde wat voor opleiding ik deed en toen zei hij dat die huisgenote van hem dat ook had gedaan maar volgens mij bestaat er niet eens een huisgenote. Vorige keer moest ik van hem helemaal uitzoeken op internet wat KID was en belde ie me daarna terug om te checken of ik wist wat t was en of ik het goed begreep. Ik had eerder t idee dat hij op zoek was naar meisjes die hij kon misbruiken dan naar een gezellige huisgenote. Dus alsjeblieft NIET REAGEREN OP DEZE KAMER!!!! Vorige keer dat ik hem belde was onder de naam "Van Ginkel" en telefoonnummer 0614835326. Deze keer doet ie zich dus voor als Pim en Eef en gebruikt hij dit nr: 0616717800 en emailadres hilges14@hotmail.com. Ik vraag me af hoe hij aan al die nrs en mailadressen komt, maar het belangrijkste vind ik nog wel dat deze man opgepakt wordt!! Zoiemand is gewoon ziek in zn hoofd!!

Goedenavond, ik heb net op jullie site www.studentenkamers.nl gezocht naar een kamer in Den Haag en op nr.1 van het rijtje dat ik kreeg, stond de volgende advertentie: Door promotie zullen mijn werkzaamheden de komende vijf jaar in het buitenland plaats vinden. Hierdoor komt mijn geheel ingerichte vier kamer appartement vrij te staan. Het appartement bevindt zicht in een rustige buitenwijk van Den haag in de buurt van station Mariahoeve, met een korte reisafstand van Leiden, Delft en de binnenstad van Den haag. Doordat het voor mij niet aantrekkelijk is om het appartement financieel te verhuren ivm met de belasting, wil ik onder de volgende voorwaarden mijn appartement door een ruimdenkende studente laten bewonen. Zelf zal ik eens in de maand twee dagen verblijven in Nederland waardoor ik een nacht zal overnachten. Jouw tegenprestatie om dit geheel ingericht appartement te kunnen bewonen kan je aflossen in een uurtje natura. Dus ben jij die ruimdenkende studente die met dit bovenstaande geen probleem heeft mail me dan en wie weet komen wij tot een overeenkomst. Ik heb pas geleden via e-mail gereageerd op een tijdelijke kamer in Den Haag Centrum. Ik heb daar weer een reactie op gekregen en heb de verhuurder opgebeld. Het was een irritante vent, die allemaal vragen had. Als ik dan antwoord gaf liet hij me vervolgens helemaal niet uitspreken. De vragen die ik hem stelde werden vaag beantwoord. Ik heb hem meteen gezegd dat ik de kamer niet wilde, omdat ik al een betere kamer op het oog had. Hierna heeft hij mij meerdere malen lastig gevallen via MSN. Toen ik hem had geblokkeerd heeft hij 2 keer geprobeerd om via een andere naam met mij te chatten.

Om een lang verhaal kort te maken: ik heb een 'jongen' genaamd Kenneth aan de telefoon gehad die allerlei rare vragen stelde, het de hele tijd had over KID (kunstmatige inseminatie donorzaad) -hij ging namelijk zijn huisgenoot bezwangeren- en maar niet ophield over kritische vragen die ik op moest stellen. het gekke was dat deze jongen op een gegeven moment helemaal niet meer als een jongen klonk, hij de andere huisgenoot (de volwassen vrouw die een kind wilde) niet aan de telefoon wilde geven en hij maar niet op wilde hangen. Toen ik mijn geduld uiteindelijk op was, hing hij op. De volgende dag hoor ik dat mijn zusje, toevallig, een paar maanden geleden reageerde op dezelfde kamer. Ook zij vond het allemaal raar klinken en kreeg uiteindelijk de vraag of ze veilige seks had met haar vriend. Ook zij kon op geen enkele manier de andere huisgenoot te spreken krijgen. Nu zie ik dat dezelfde 'jongen' de kamer weer op studentenkamer.nl heeft geplaatst, maar dan onder een andere naam (Seleen). Ik kwam hierachter doordat ik op deze kamer reageerde en mijn telefoon ineens naar 'Kenneth' belde. ik had zijn nummer nog in mijn telefoon staan. Wat jullie met deze informatie doen weet ik niet. Maar ik wilde het toch kwijt omdat het allemaal heel vaag klonk en wij sterk het idee hadden dat er niets klopt van dat rare verhaal van die gozer. Die andere huisgenoot bestaat volgens mij niet, en die Kenneth spoort niet. Het feit dat deze kamer al maanden op de pagina staat, geeft volgens mij aan dat niemand er in trapt. Maar ik zou het erg vinden als een goedgelovige student op dit rare adres terecht komt.

Onderwerp: klacht over adverteerder Er staat in Groningen een kamer te huur in het centrum ( contactpersoon van Gelder ) mijn vriendin denkt ik bel even ( 06-42038971 ) om te vragen of de kamer nog beschrikbaar is, het enige waar het deze man om ging is van, hoe zie je eruit, zeggen andere dat je mooi bent en heb je grote borsten. Ik weet niet hoe ziek de gemiddelde verhuurder van kamers zijn maar dit is toch niet normaal. Hieronder staat een kopie van de advertentie. Zou graag willen weten wat jullie hieraan doen.

Het gaat hier om een man die al dergelike advertenties op speurrders en marktplaats heeft gezet. Deze man houdt je een lange tijd aan de praat en vraagt na een tijdje of je geen pikante foto's van jezelf kan opsturen. Hij bewwert dat hij student is en dat zijn hospita steeds niet thuis is omdat ze in het ziekenhuis werkt. Als je langs komt om de kamer te bezichtigen sta je voor een gesloten deur (zonder bel) en staat zijn gsm uit. De vorige keer heette hijrobert/gerard en nu dus weer kennet. Graag iedere keer de advertentie verwijderen als men moet bellen naar het nr 06-42038971
